Our oxygen generating machines perform as per the below given manufacturing process:

Air Compression: We use latest and fully Automatic Air Compressor of Atlas Copco for air compression. The features of the compressor include:

  • Air cooled design

  • Low maintenance

  • Rotary screw design

  • Noise less than 75 DB

  • No civil foundation

Air Purification: In the process, the air lets passes through a number of stages to remove the impurities available for instance dust, hydrocarbons and Carbon Dioxide. We use latest molecular sieve from Zeochem of Switzerland to remove CO2.

Air Separation: The air separation process employs A Grade cold box in order to generate premium quality oxygen and nitrogen useful for medical and industrial usage.

Oxygen Compression & Cylinder Filling: In the process, Liquid Oxygen pumping system uses to fill in cylinders with highly purified oxygen with pressure of 150 to 200 Bar as per the need of the clients.
