The nitrogen/oxygen PSA system bases on this characteristic of selectivity adsorption and utilizes two CMS/ZMS adsorption beds which are pressurized during working to adsorb the Oxygen/Nitrogen, and depressurized to regenerate. The alternating working cycle will continuouslyproducehigh purity gaseous nitrogen/oxygen.
