How it work? The Membrane nitrogen CAME system uses a semi-permeable polymeric membrane to separate and obtain nitrogen from the air. The desired feedstock is compressed air containing 78% N2, 21% O2, 0.9% Ar2, and 0.1% other components. The hollow fiber membrane is actually like a gas permeable tube. When the compressed gas passes through the core of the thin tube, some gases such as steam, O2, N2, and CO2 will permeate through the tube wall, and the nitrogen gas permeates slowly. Leave in the membrane tube and continue to flow to the tube end for the purpose of separating nitrogen. CANGAS CAME membrane nitrogen generators provide economical, low maintenance and simple method for nitrogen generations especially suitable for low purity from 95%-99.9%. The capacity is flexible with adding or deducting membrane units.
