PSA Nitrogen Process Description
The adsorbent of nitrogen pressure swing adsorption (PSA) generator is CMS (carbon molecular sieve). It will adsorb oxygen from compressed air, and then non-adsorbed gaseous nitrogen will be separated from air, turning into the production. The adsorbent will regenerate while depressurized. The CMS consists of special coals and it is manufactured through a range of processes like grinding, oxidation, molding, carbonization and a special treatment process. The CMS is black cylindrical granular adsorbent full of micro pores at the surface and the internal.
